RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all Mogall Studios tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.

To complete your return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via email at Amina@mogallstudios.com, including the following information:

  • Your name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Order number

  • Size you would like to exchange for

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order on our website.

Sale

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, but exchanges for different sizes or colors are permitted.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and you will receive a credit note or a refund to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first check with your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay before refunds are reflected in your account.
